​1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("User") and CKEECX ("CKE"). It explains the rules you must follow when using CKE's resources, which include libraries, project scripts, videos, text content, graphical elements, and other educational materials provided through courses or downloads (collectively referred to as "Content"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Content, you agree to these terms. The purpose of this Agreement is to clarify your rights and responsibilities, ensuring that CKE's materials are used appropriately.

2. Ownership and Copyright

The Content, including libraries, code, videos, text, graphics, and documents, is the exclusive property of CKE. All rights are reserved. You do not own the Content just because you downloaded it, and you are not allowed to claim it as your own. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share the Content without CKE's permission. Violating this rule could lead to legal consequences.

3. Use of Third-Party Libraries

Some components of the Library may have been adapted from publicly available resources within the MQL community. CKE has ensured that these components were used appropriately and legally, and significant modifications have been made to tailor them for use within the CKE Library. While some parts may originate from open-source or community-driven libraries, the adapted versions are protected under this Agreement to ensure proper and legal usage within the context of CKE products.

 

4. Personal Use and Derivative Works

You are allowed to use the Content for personal learning, educational projects, and as a basis for creating your own new products or projects. However, you are strictly prohibited from directly selling, renting, or sharing the original Content or any unmodified parts of it in a way that generates profit. You are encouraged to use the knowledge gained, project scripts, and libraries to develop your own products or projects, and you may freely distribute or commercialize those new works as long as they are your original creations and not direct copies or minimal modifications of the Content provided by CKE.

5. No Unauthorized Distribution

You may not make copies of the Content and give them to others, whether the Content is modified or not. Sharing the Content online, posting it on social media, or distributing it in any public forum is strictly prohibited. CKE actively monitors for unauthorized sharing and will take action if necessary.

 

6. No Misrepresentation of Ownership

You may not claim that you created any part of the Content or present it as your own work. If you use elements from the Content in your own projects, you must clearly state that it originated from CKE. Misrepresenting the ownership of CKE’s materials is a violation of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

CKE is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that result from using the Content. You are responsible for testing and verifying that the Content works as intended for your particular use. If any errors or problems occur while using the Content, it is your responsibility to resolve them.

8. No Warranty

The Content is provided "as is" without any guarantees. CKE does not claim that the Content will be perfect, free from errors, or suitable for every purpose. You are using it at your own risk, and CKE does not promise specific results.

9. Educational Use Only

The Content is designed to teach coding and development concepts. It is not financial advice and should not be interpreted as guidance on making profits or trading strategies. CKE makes no guarantees about financial gains resulting from the use of this material. Always think critically when applying the knowledge you learn.

 

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Content to create or advertise trading robots (EAs) that make exaggerated or unrealistic profit claims. Additionally, using the Content for illegal, unethical, or misleading purposes is strictly forbidden. Violating these rules may result in the termination of your license.

11. Reverse Engineering Not Allowed

You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to uncover the source code of any part of the Content. Trying to bypass security measures or manipulate the Content is strictly prohibited.

 

12. License Termination

If you break any of the rules outlined in this Agreement, CKE has the right to revoke your license to use the Content immediately. In such cases, you must delete all copies you have. Continuing to use the Content after your license has been revoked is a violation of copyright law.

 

13. Financial Responsibility Disclaimer

CKE is not liable for any financial losses that may result from using the Content. You must carefully consider any investment or trading decisions you make, as the Content is not intended to provide financial guidance. It is essential to do your own research and seek professional advice when necessary.

14. No Financial or Investment Advice

CKE is not a financial advisor, and the Content is not intended as investment advice. If you are considering making financial decisions, consult with a qualified professional. The Content’s primary goal is to enhance your programming skills, not to guarantee financial success.

15. Sharing Permitted Content

There may be certain types of Content, such as promotional clips, social media posts, specific libraries, scripts, indicators, or EA products, that CKE explicitly permits to be shared or distributed. In such cases, CKE will clearly specify that sharing is allowed. You may freely share these specific items without violating this Agreement. Any Content not explicitly marked as shareable remains protected under this Agreement.

16. Agreement Updates

CKE reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Continued use of the Content after any changes means you agree to the updated terms. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any modifications to this Agreement.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
